Qualified Person-Centered Counsellor

My main approach is person-centred therapy, although I may integrate other therapeutic methods. I believe we are all unique and have the potential to change, therefore develop a belief in your ability to cope and have a better understanding of self through the therapeutic process.

 

My practice room:

I have a private room in Portishead.

 

Safe and Confidential

I can offer a safe place with empathy in a non-judgemental environment where you will not be ridiculed or criticised. I can offer face to face counselling for short term or long term.

Supported development

I can support you in developing a belief in your ability to cope and have a better understanding of self through the therapeutic process.

Additionally, I can provide guidance and assistance to couples facing a wide range of challenges and obstacles, helping them navigate and resolve their issues effectively.

Backgrounds & Experience

I have experience of supporting people with the following:
Alzheimer’s – Anxiety – Bereavement – Depression – Low Self-Esteem – OCD – Panic Attacks  – Stress – Suicidal Thoughts.

I am fully insured and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
